Time line event July 18th & 19th 2009

This is a living history event so this is a Level 1 event. That means that your uniform and gear have to be at least 95% and your weapon at 100%.

The weather was crap last year but then it was also in Sept. however, I don't know anyone that didn't have a great time. How often do you get to ride in period vechicles?!

Let's have a better showing then we did at the Russel Air show. Sorry guys but this is only for the Allies.

If your kit isn't 100% ask and I'm sure we can help to gear you up to get to at 95%.

If you can't come for both days (which is the preferred) then come up for at least one of them. Make sure you state the days you will be coming.

ATTENDING

ALLIES

101st Airborne Easy Company

Cpt. Lee Cassar (Sat & Sunday)
1st Sgt Matt Woodley (Sat & Sunday)
PFC Sam Cino (Sunday)

1st Canadian Para/British 6th Para

Major Crash +1 (Sat & Sunday)
Sgt. Glynn Tromans (Sunday)
Pvt. Backspazm (Sat & Sunday)
Sgt. Dogfood (Sat. & Tent for Sunday)

In for the weekend, will probably have a team mascot and a photographer with us on Saturday. Jack has barely stopped talking about the Air Show since he got home, apparently it took until Sunday afternoon to get that shirt off him. LOL

Yes it is. It's a Parade that starts at the fort and then runs through a few streets and then back to the fort. The rest of the Day we meet and greeet with the public like we did at the Air Show. It's military from the 1800's to present. In this one we get to ride on the cool stuff. Look in after action report from last year... some great pictures.

There are bunks available in the original barracks that have been restored.
