Okay, I want to start out by saying thanks to everyone that came out to this game. Considering the freezing rain in the morning and rain throughout the day and the 2 to 3 feet of snow we had a great turn out. We had about 24 or 25 players.

Thanks to Fido and Finch for the donuts.

Even with the wet weather it was a good day, no problems with the guns and the batteries held out. It was hard making your way through that deep snow and my legs are feeling it.

Everyone played a great game. So now for the out come.

AXIS

11 Allied KIAs @ 5 points each = 55
2 Confirmed Allied KIAs @ 10 points each = 20
3 Allied POWs @ 20 points each = 60
0 points for not holding Foy = 0

Total Axis Points = 135

ALLIES

10 Axis KIAs @ 5 points each = 50
6 Confirmed Axis KIAs @ 10 points each = 60
0 Axis POWs = 0
100 points for taking Foy = 100

Total Allied Points: 210

An Allied Victory

Great game eveyone... see you all at the next one.

Thanks,
Lee

I have some ideas, but still working them out. It will most likely take place at FR's old field. If anyone has a scenario that they would like to try out please feel free to throw the ideas out there.

Mmm, Trees. How I hate thee.

Old field in March? If there's still snow on the ground we could possibly do a setting from the Ardennes, perhaps the outskirts of Bastogne. 6th Airborne was further to the north. In March of 1945 the bridge at Remagen was taken, not that it was an airborne op, but...

It would be a change for the Allies to dig in and do some defending.

Glynn.
