Scenario:

The Battle for Foy Re-visited

It’s January 1945. Easy Company has just spent the last few weeks getting pounded and torn apart by artillery fire. You took everything that the Germans could throw at you and you held your ground. You held Bastogne.

You’re cold, hungry, tired and your reward for a job well done… you have been ordered to take the lead in the attack to take the village of Foy.

Foy has been taken by the Allies. The Germans have the woods to the East, West and South of the village. The Germans are determined to retake the town and hold the Allies from advancing and moving onto Noville.

Axis

The Axis must move in and push the Allies out of Foy. Once Foy is captured it must be held until 16:00 hours when Tank support will arrive to block the Allied advance to Noville.

Allies

The Allies need to stop the Germans from taking Foy. If Foy should fall then a counter attack must be launched to retake the village... again. If the Allies hold the villiage at 16:00 hours then re-enforcements will arrive to continue the push to Noville.

(of course, from a strictly historical perspective, the 6th Airborne was far, far away at the tip of the German salient on Jan. 13th, but hey, certain concessions sometimes need to be made)
