Here be info I was sent -

Quote:
Hello All,
I am terribly sorry for not getting back to everyone until now. I have
spoken to several of you already so some of you may know the problems we
have been facing regarding a budget for this event. We have been patiently
waiting for a budget for the event and grant support. The good news is
that we finally have a budget. The bad news is we have no grant support.
Therefore we have had to cut a few corners. We are asking for those who
have costs to cover for coming to the event (fuel for historical vehicles,
cavalry costs, Transportation, etc...) if you could please let us know what
you require so we can factor everything together to make sure we can cover
all costs. This does mean that if the costs outweigh our budget we may
have to make some hard decisions. Also our friends group is not available
for food service so the Fort will be supplying lunch for everyone on both
days but units are on there own for breakfast and dinner. Once we have an
accurate amount regarding cost we may be able to offer more. Gavin Watt is
back and has been helping me out tremendously as he has run this event
before. We will be working together to make this a great event. I have
cc'd Gavin on this e-mail so if one of us are not available the other can
respond to you. I have also included the schedule for the event in this
e-mail. We have changed a few things but it's pretty much the same as
years past. Thank you again for your patience and dedication as it is you
who make this event such a great success. I look forward to hearing from
you.

The Fort is going to provide boxed lunches so we need to get numbers to Doug ASAP.

So let's sign up guys.
